In the course of my studies, Art & Research at AKV St.Joost, I discovered that my work is community driven. I would like to manifest myself as an artist who strives for a less violent, more peaceful and understanding society. A community that is not based on separation and individuality but about participation, compassion and inclusivity. The notion of belonging to a bigger whole for me is my basic starting point.

Wholeness a concept in which different disciplines come together and thrive as a whole. I believe that the ultimate aim of humanity is genuine happiness and satisfaction. We need to understand and include everything that is connected with mankind and its surroundings, with his quest for happiness and satisfaction. Whether it be in the field of matter or in the spiritual field. Taking advantage of our knowledge of the different approaches, we can unite and evolve in to something greater.
